HI All,
As I write this, the teams are getting ready for their second day of racing at the State's. They all have one more week left in the season and that means one week for us all to do our part to send them off with a bang. Make a donation to the IC Crew Endowment today!
Monday morning, 5am, Karina and I will set off on bikes to her school; that's about 22 miles from here and definitely not flat! With just six weeks left until we leave for the big trip, we are ramping up the training and looking to pack in a little pre-departure stress and misery (so we are better prepared for some of what could come later!). I always am thinking and remembering my training with the crew and that helps a ton. I'll report on how we fare.
Also, I will try to keep news up to date on the Hat progress and any fun stuff that I come across this week. Talk to you again tomorrow!

Hi! Thanks so much and you guys are just great! Hope all is going well. Also, thank you for the well wishes for the ride; since January I have been wavering back and forth from excitement to parental panic! I am sure it'll be a riot no matter what happens.
